Alfredo took the time to visit first, do a thorough examination and provided a detailed quote with a workplan that we agreed to in advance.  He showed up on time and completed the work in the hours estimated.  The result was a significant improvement in the appearance and maintainability of the tiling in our 1949 house's main bathroom.
